OFFICIAL PATCH INSTRUCTIONS: Apply the patch 2 hours before starting to drink; place the patch on a CLEAN, HAIRLESS, UNBLEMISHED and COMPLETELY DRY part of your body. Make sure the patch is smooth and flat on the skin and that the edges are smooth to ensure that the patch does not come off accidentally by contact with clothes. The patch system is waterproof and will continue to operate while swimming or bathing; when properly applied to your skin. Leave the patch on for 24 to 36 hours.
FOR PROLONGED USE: place the patch on different parts of the body so that the adhesive of the patch will not cause a slight rash at the application location. If a rash persists, stop using the product as you may have very sensitive skin.
