Place the patch on a dry, hairless part of your body before you start drinking
- Leave the patch on throughout the following day

The patch system is waterproof and will continue to operate while swimming or bathing; when properly applied to your skin. Leave the patch on for 24 to 36 hours.
FOR PROLONGED USE: place the patch on different parts of the body so that the adhesive of the patch will not cause a slight rash at the application location. If a rash persists, stop using the product as you may have very sensitive skin.
